 Are items returnable?

Items are exchangeable for alternate sizes within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition unused and in original packaging. Alternately K9 CUTZ will offer a credit note. All returns must be sent to our office using Royal Mail recorded or special delivery service. K9 CUTZ can Not be held responsible for losses due to the postal system. If your goods are faulty we will offer you a full refund. Please note that Delivery charges are not refundable. Seasonal items and toys are not returnable.

 Is it safe to shop on the internet?

Yes! Your payment will be taken over the phone, you place your order and we will contact you asap to take payment all major debit & credit cards accepted.

 How quickly will I receive my goods?

In most cases you will receive your goods within a few days we endeavour to dispatch the same day you purchase. However to avoid disappointment we prefer to state you will receive goods within 7 – 14 days. You can chase your Order by e-mail or phone to our office at any time.
